My New Years Resolutions

This year I have lots of plans and goals so I thought, why not make a blogpost about it?!

For those who don't know, I run track for my school and I'm hoping to start incorporating fitness into some blogposts, as well as nutrition and dieting. Speaking of which, my New Years resolution is to cut out dairy, it seems extremely difficult, and I promise you it's not easy, but I started 3 days ago and I've already lost a pound! This diet isn't about losing waiting or trimming your waist, but more so focused on feeling better. Although a better body doesn't sound like a bad idea to me. I will not be cutting out dairy for a year, I'll have my occasional cheat days but I'm going to try to stick to it!

Along with the trend of nutrition, I'm hoping to start doing a morning workout routine every day!
If you're interested, here's what I do every morning!

80 jumping jacks
20 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
1 minute walk sit
20 lunges (per leg)
1 minute planking

That's it!

I also run about 2-3 miles every day after school, but that's only for people really willing to go the extra mile (wink wink)!

A goal for me this year is to get 30k on Instagram, and also be more active blogging and youtubeing. I'm hoping to blog once to twice a week, as well as expand the audience of my blog and YouTube by incorporating makeup and healthy living into blogging as well!
